Shower Chairs
Shower Chairs play a very important role in bath safety. Preparation
Make sure the shower chair is placed in the tub facing the shower head. All the legs must be adjusted to the same length and the chair should not wobble. Soaps, shampoos, body wash, and shower sponge should be within close reach of the chair. For extra safety, Grab Bars and a Shower Mat should be in place before entering the shower or bath tub. In some situations the individual should have someone else present or contact someone and let them know what is happening so they can be aware of the situation.
